Eight, Twenty five

Dear readers,

if you read my blog and i know that there are like three of you out there, you will notice some changes. i decided to delete everything and start over... why? because i wanted to. i started this blog for my adventures in Massachusetts so might as well keep it that way. so im starting fresh.

anyways, these are my roommates...

amy, richard and then me. they are the coolest people ever! im so glad im rooming with them. amy and i drove up from IL on august 16th as her mom, her moms friend jeff , and my parents followed behind in their cars. it took two days to get here but we made it.

and this is our new home for the next year,

the building on the left is our building and the green door on the right is our actual apartment. we have the whole second floor to ourself. =)

well, amy and i arrived first and it was definitely not love at first sight. we walked in and were kinda.... ok, REALLY bummed. it was definitely not what we were expecting but thats only because we had boston in our heads and thought (well at least i did) everything was going to be all high and fancy with an over looking of some amazing view. we called our parents and they were still about 2hrs away so we got some lunch.

parents arrived and we started unpacking and cleaning. and a while after that richard finally arrived. everything started to look better and better. guess it just needed a makeover.

and btw, it actually does have an amazing view. this is our backyard! how much better can you get. its gorgeous!

adults stayed for a few days helping us unpack and clean. went shopping for apartment stuff and i actually couldnt believe how much stuff they bought for us. kinda crazy if you ask me but it was extremely nice of them. we also explored the area and did some touristy stuff. it was fun.

went to this bridge. guess it was in some scary movie...? idk

also went to this place called, covered bridge. its got flowers down the whole thing. kinda cool.

this is where ill end for now. more fun on the way soon.
